Mason Jar Salads
Ok guys, confession time. I fell off the wagon HARD. So hard I couldn’t even see it for a while. I had a crazy couple months because of my school workload and I was completely unprepared. Here is the confession, I was often studying at midnight eating chocolate chips and cereal out of the bag/box. Terrible I know. Now that school is done (for a bit) and I am finally on the upswing from this nasty chest cold its time to jump back on the wagon.
Today is grocery shopping and meal prep day. The little gem above is going to be a life saver for me once school starts back in up a couple weeks. No recipe needed for this, just follow the chart above. If you follow the layering technique you will have salads that will stay crisp and fresh all week! I usually make them on meal prep day and eat all week, perfect if you are on the go!
As for this weeks menu, I have the following on deck and have committed to blog my meal everyday. It will keep me on track and definitely prevent me from ordering a pizza when I am stuck in study mode.
